Unverified User My husband has a special reading interest, and the customer service that Borders provides is wonderful. They will show him where the best place is to search, and help him, if he does not have a specific book in mind. They are very friendly and will always take time to look up an arrival date on a new book. Very good personal service.14 days ago

Bill Gross I love Border's Pasadena. And I spend thousands of dollars per year there. But I'm going to stop going if they don't open more registers, especially when there is a line of 30 people long and they insist on keeping only 1 or 2 checkout lanes open. I don't get it. They have 10 people walking around the store, but they refuse to put them behind the counter.11 months ago

allenmorgan I just stopped in at the TimeWarner Center store, to browse on my walk back to my hotel: bought four books. Non-fiction/Biography section is awesome. Keep it up and use that store as the benchmark for all or your stores!11 months ago
